Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage ("Terms") govern your use of the Bagsy mobile application ("Bagsy", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Bagsy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

Bagsy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning and packing.

No account

Bagsy does not require an account. Your data is tied to a device-generated identifier. You are responsible for the device on which you use the app; anyone with access to your unlocked device may access your Bagsy data.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Packing & weather suggestions

Bagsy's packing recommendations and weather-based suggestions are provided for convenience only. They are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for what you pack and for checking current conditions, travel requirements and regulations for your destination.

Your content

You retain ownership of the trip and packing information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagsy and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

You may stop using Bagsy at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
